Local Field Help
Sometimes the biggest help is having someone reliable who can pick up supplies, collect donations, support an event, or handle a task that keeps getting pushed aside.
- Donation pickup: in-kind donations, raffle items, sponsor donations, feed, tack, or supplies.
- Supply runs: feed, bedding, event supplies, office supplies, or farm items.
- Farm and rescue errands: local pickup/drop-off, moving supplies, or coordinating small items.
- Event support: table setup, donation booth setup, QR signs, check-in support, and breakdown help.
- Basic property support: feed room organization, supply area cleanup, trough cleaning, and photo reports.

Admin Support
Small organizations often have big missions but limited admin time. We help create the tools, templates, pages, and systems that make daily operations easier.
- Website updates: donation buttons, event pages, sponsor logos, volunteer pages, and contact forms.
- Fundraiser setup: campaign copy, donation appeals, sponsor messages, QR flyer text, and updates.
- Volunteer tools: applications, availability forms, checklists, event signups, and onboarding language.
- Donation admin: receipt templates, donor thank-you messages, and in-kind donation tracking.
- AI templates: custom messages, replies, captions, review responses, and internal admin prompts.
We do not provide animal medical care, heavy construction, contractor-level work, or animal transport unless specifically agreed upon and properly arranged.
